Occasionally, I am able to make a strong enough statement on a given topic in one or two cloth paintings and there is no need for additional pieces. Sometimes the impetus for a piece has less to do with the subject matter and more to do with the fabric or the style of the composition. I might be experimenting with a technique. It might be a commission or created for a specific exhibition. The pieces on this page - some of them loners or duos - don't fit into any of the established series. I have listed them chronologically, starting with the newest, except where there are small sets.
